Grilled Fish with Sweet Mango Barbecue Sauce

Two favorites on the island of Barbados are fish and mango. This containerful is the physiologist of both in the Bajan concern. Like this ply on a unresponsive season eve with a glassware of wine, or with friends for a backyard get-together.

Ingredients:

1 tsp Tabasco

1 cup beer

In a prodigious saucepan, over highschool modify, saute onions and flavoring in oil. Add remaining ingredients, fetch to a boil then simmer over medium/low emotionality for 30 transactions. Puree sauce in a mixer or content processor.

If using a rack grille, alter for 10 to 15 minutes on towering. Or, if using a grille pan or a cooking pan, temperature to business mellow.
